Week 3 Rankings

Week 2 brought a bit clarity to foggy early-season rankings. Important match-ups mixed with some surprising upsets have changed some perceptions regarding the best teams in the area.

CLASS A

1. Mt. Pleasant (2-0)
Midland's victory over Bay City Central shows that the Oilers beat a very good team in week 1.

Close games against Rockford and Lowell, two state powerhouses, make the Cardinals the best winless team in the state.

3. Hamady (2-0)
The Hawks dominated New Lothrop and are looking like the class of the GAC Blue.

The Patriots lost by 1 point to a solid Harbor Beach squad last week.

6. Cass City (2-0)
The GTW contenders fought to come out with a victory against Laker High.
